Peace, Love, and Low Carb: The Cookbook: 3 Ingredients to a Healthier You, by Kyndra Holley

This cookbook comes in both a paperback and an e-book edition. I love that idea, since some people would prefer actual hard copies and others would rather read it on their computers. The recipes in this cookbook are low-carb, and each recipe gives nutritional estimates (calories, etc.), which is always helpful when preparing meals.
